Error with Registering a SQL Server 2000.

Anyone heard of this error when attempting to Register a
SQL Server from Enterprise Manager Standard 2000 client.
Invalid attribute/Option Identifier. If so, how have you
resolved it?
The error is usually related to an MDAC issue. Try
reapplying SP3a.
