We are getting the following error in our SQL 2k5 Server. Can any one please help me to sort out this issue.

Please be more descriptive about the problem. When u r getting this issue ,what all are the diagnosis you did from your side etc to get more accurate solution.
There was a fix published by MS after SP 2 for this problem i believe.
