We are running SQL Server 7 SP 2, and we are getting the following error.
Error: 17802, Severity: 18, State: 3
Could you please tell us what this error is, and if there is a workaround?

Could not create server event thread.
Sounds like you maxed out either ram or thread limit. See your
configuration guidelines.
